Headgame is a phone app that turns a week of short brain tests and phone down time into a card revealed every Sunday. It is built in Lyon, France, and coming soon to the App Store.

In a few facts

Eleven tests taken from published tasks in cognitive psychology, each playable for free on this site, with its norm and its sources, a weekly card with six stats and seven ranks, and a public method that links every figure to its source. Ages 15 and up, no ads and no data sold.

What we can share soon

Once 1,000 games per test have been collected, Headgame will publish a norm of reaction time split by type of screen, touch and mouse, with its date and sample. It extends what published studies already show about device latency (Van Patten et al., 2021, Passell et al., 2021). Journalists can ask to be told when it is out.

Logo and visuals

The logo is the Double, a sphere of amber glass lit from inside, on the night background of the brand, available as an SVG file at brainovr.app/logo.svg. Every page of this site has its own share image. For card visuals or screenshots of the app, write to us.
